We will be born again in the resurrection when raised as spirit beings.  So-called “born again” Christians are in error in that those born of the flesh are flesh and only those born of spirit are spirit.  Conversion is not being born again, though the Bible uses a separate analogy to describe conversion as rejecting our worldly “father” and becoming children of God.
