Christ’s sacrifice paid the penalty of sin, which is death, for all mankind.  Thus upon repentance, and living God’s Way, forgiveness is granted by the grace of God.  He that believes that Christ died for our sins and repents, and is baptized shall be saved; but he that doesn’t believe shall be condemned.
